Chase Partners handles a multitude of tasks, from initial planning and design to finalizing the closure of a property sale, Chase Partners takes responsibility for the various dealings and transactions that occur throughout the entire development process.

Such issues include obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from the corresponding jurisdiction and making sure that all aspects of the construction/rehabilitation of our buildings are in full compliance with city code and zoning ordinances. Chase negotiates and executes all agreements between any architectural, engineering, testing, or consulting services as well as agreements with all contractors hired to work on the project.

During construction/rehabilitation efforts, our company handles complete oversight and management of the process. During this critical phase, we ensure that all administrative issues are handled appropriately and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure that the construction phase flows steadily and is not met with any significant disruptions or delays. Simultaneously, Chase Partners makes certain that all budgetary constraints are kept in line by overseeing selection and negotiations with building material suppliers and other vendors.
