Chase Partners, Ltd. is a fully integrated real estate investment and development firm specializing in Southern California industrial real estate. With over 30 years of experience, Chase Partners’ expertise includes ground-up development, value-add investments, and infill focused acquisitions.

The firm oversees all phases of the investment cycle from development, acquisition, financing, management, to disposition. In doing so, Chase Partners is able to leverage its real estate expertise to drive asset value and increase investor yield.

Chase Partner’s investment strategy is primarily focused on identifying key locations in superior submarkets in Southern California that are well positioned to benefit from increasing industrial demand. In its history, Chase Partners has been involved on over $1.5 billion in project capitalization.

DAVID A. PARKER

PRESIDENT

As the President of Chase Partners, Ltd., David Parker has developed and repositioned several million square feet of commercial property in his career. Prior to joining Chase Partners, Mr. Parker served as Director of the Investment Properties Group of The Charles Dunn Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Parker graduated from USC with a degree in Finance and Real Estate.

DAWN ELLIS

DIRECTOR

Dawn Ellis is the glue that holds the company together and has been with Chase Partners since its inception. Her 30 years of development and property operations experience is a tremendous asset as she oversees all facets of the operations and customer relations. Her intricate involvement in over 100 different projects gives her an innate ability to guide transactions, financing, and operations requirements to obtain company objectives and to make each project a success.

MICHAEL CARTER

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Michael Carter provides Chase Partners with support for their retail, multifamily, and industrial development projects. His current responsibilities include coordinating and managing the construction process, underwriting, preparing loan documents, and due diligence support. Before working at Chase Partners, Mr. Carter started his career at Dial Companies in Dallas, Texas. He was responsible for coordinating their multifamily senior housing developments. During his time there, he managed over 300 units and 300,000 + square feet of multifamily development projects with a total value over $60 million dollars. Mr. Carter graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

PAUL AUSE

CFO/IN-HOUSE CPA

Paul serves as Chase Partners' CFO and in-house CPA. He began his career at the accounting firm KPMG and has extensive accounting and finance experience in multiple industries including real estate and property management. He maintains active CPA and Real Estate Brokers licenses in California. Paul is married with two grown sons. We are not sure why Paul became a CPA, as an avid skier, didn't he realize that tax season was the same time as ski season?

TOM BOUGHTON

FIELD SUPERVISOR

Tom Boughton is the Field Supervisor for Chase Partners. He has nearly 40 years of construction experience including over 30 years as a Union Carpenter and as a superintendent with Swinerton Builders. His experience in construction is extensive with an emphasis in concrete Tilt-up buildings, Highrise foundations, parking structures, bridges and seismic upgrades. His field experience also includes years of surveying and extensive interior refurbishing and installation of tenant improvements. He is a major asset to the projects at Chase Partners and a true boating enthusiast.
